Yes I was guilty but I didn’t pay it off right away. I let it linger and the next thing I knew I was getting letters in the mail that now had penalties attached to it. That wasn’t the worst part I then feared my car was going to get towed since I kept on pushing it off. That built up stress and next thing I know it was the only thing I was thinking about.

You have to take care of what is in front of you at the moment. If you push it off it can trigger your stress or anxiety, and then it can lead to spiraling where everything seems to stress you out. Think I am wrong? Picture something that is stressing you out and look how it changes your mood. A few other things you needed to take care of pop in your head as well right?
