Anxiety – Stress can lead to anxiety. When you are in a stressful situation your nerves start to tingle and it seems like everything is pulling at you in different directions. With stressful anxiety it seems as if the world is crashing around you. This is part of being stressed. The one two punch of stress and anxiety can really weigh on you causing multiple problems at one time. Combine this list into one crappy time.

Difficulty concentrating – When you are in a stressful state of mind its seems as if your focus is off. You have trouble focusing on daily tasks and work tasks seem near impossible. Your mind wonders all over the place into an abyss of thoughts and different current situations. Being in this stressful smog is not healthy at all and it can put even more pressure on you as time goes by.

Trouble Sleeping – Being stressed out can also cause trouble at night. When you are trying to sleep your mind races and your heart rate increases this leads to sleep deprivation. The stress cloud you are in weighs heavy on your thoughts and this leads to lack of sleep. This terrible sleep pattern leads to exhaustion inflating the other symptoms you have from stress.

Erectile dysfunction – Having a lack of sex drive or erectile dysfunction is a symptom of stress. With all the negative thoughts and bad vibes you are giving out and taking in sex is the last thing on your mind. Stress can affect all your relationships even the intimate one you have with your partner. There are pills you can take to get your libido up but that is only a temporary fix. Destressing your mind should be your first priority.

Share the cooking duties with your partner while listening to your favorite music. This has 2 benefits in it. Music that you love brings the memories back of joy and happiness. Sharing a task with your partner can rehash some of the old feelings you had together and actually put you in a happy state.

Read a book – There are tons of books out there to help you change your point of view. Ingesting information on a new prospective from a trusted source can change how you view things. Looking back on what can cause your stress and reflecting on how you got out of it last time with the help of a book you are reading can make a huge difference on your outlook moving forward. Know you have to power and now knowledge of what triggers your stress can show you the light you need to get out of the stress fog.
